Fulham manager Chris Coleman refused to speak to the media after his team lost its sixth game in eight, to Birmingham. "I understand the frustration of fans - if they want to vent it by booing that's echoed by the frustration of the staff," said assistant Steve Kean.
"The players are in the dressing room disappointed individually and certainly collectively.
"We started the game particularly well and had Birmingham on the back foot, but then we seemed to lose confidence."
