 | COLEMAN'S VIEW |
Fulham manager Chris Coleman has tipped Manchester United to push Premiership leaders Chelsea for the remainder of the season. The Cottagers held United to a 1-1 draw, courtesy of an 87th-minute strike from Papa Bouba Diop.
"United look as though they are back on track for me," said Coleman."They will be pushing Arsenal and Chelsea close.
"I thought they were outstanding in the first half. Despite that, I still think it is Chelsea who will finish top."
Coleman admitted his side "weren't great" in the first half but was delighted with their form after the interval.
He added: "In the second half we kept fighting and we deserved something. After the break I wanted us to have a bit more shape. We dug in and were braver on the ball.
"When they didn't get a second they got nervous and we managed to score an excellent goal and earn a point.
"For us to get a point from such a quality team is all credit to my players."
