Forest Green have confirmed that Dave Hockaday has been offered the chance to stay as the club's manager.
Rovers will revert to part-time status following their relegation from the Blue Square Premier on goal difference.
A club statement also revealed there is still no news on which division Forest Green will go into next season.
It said: "The budget for all activities is being finalised without knowing which division of the Blue Square we will play in over the next 12 months."
