Forest Green's FA Cup third round tie with Notts County will take place on Tuesday, 12 January at 1945 GMT.
The tie was postponed on Sunday because the Meadow Lane pitch was frozen and the winners will be at home to Wigan.
Meanwhile, Ben Watson's loan from Exeter was cancelled because of injury but defender Jack Winter and striker Tyrone Berry have both been registered.
Rovers have also moved their Blue Square Premier match at Salisbury to Tuesday, 23 March at 1945 GMT.
