Forest Green striker Stuart Fleetwood would consider a transfer to a League One club, according to the player's agent Riley Taggert. Rovers have already rejected bids from Crewe, Gillingham and Cheltenham, while both Plymouth and Charlton have also been linked with a move for the player.
"Stuart is not holding out for any particular club," said Taggert.
"Should he be given permission to talk to someone in League One, he would certainly do that."
The 21-year-old has been in prolific form for Forest Green this season, scoring 30 goals in 32 games.
A �175,000 bid for the Wales Under-21 striker from Crewe Alexandra was rejected on Tuesday.
