Farsley have won two successive promotions (PA)

The commendation recognised Farsley's superb achievement in gaining two consecutive promotions to reach the Blue Square Premier division.

Simeon Bambrook also picked up a special commendation as player of the year at the event at Leeds Civic Hall.

The midfielder's penalty sealed a 4-3 win over Hinckley in the Conference North play-offs last season.
