Higdon has been in good form for Falkirk this season |
Falkirk will be without top scorer Michael Higdon for six weeks as the striker prepares for knee surgery. Higdon arrived from Crewe last January and has netted eight goals for the Bairns this season.
"He has been an excellent aquisition for us and I feel he has got better with every game," Falkirk boss John Hughes told the club website.
Meanwhile, Leeds winger Felipe da Costa is training with Falkirk with a view to a loan move for the rest of the season.
The Portuguese has struggled to make an impact at Elland Road since his arrival from Greek club Ionikis in October.
