Hughes was pleased with his side's efforts in the second half |
Falkirk manager John Hughes was delighted with the contribution from Russell Latapy after the midfielder scored to earn a draw with Hearts. "When you have a talent like Russell - I keep telling the players 'just give him the ball'," he told BBC Sport.
"Our attitude wasn't great in the first half and I was thankful for our keeper for a clean sheet at half time.
"But, in the second half, we got in about them, pressed them all over the park and passed it really well."
Hearts went ahead when a shot from Andrius Velicka slipped past Jeroen Lambers, but Latapy saved the day for the Bairns with a neat equaliser.
