Exeter City have completed the signing of Welsh international Richard Duffy on a free transfer.
Duffy is a versatile defender who can play in all back four positions and has 13 caps for the Welsh national side.
The 24-year-old started his career with Swansea City before being snapped up by Portsmouth in 2004.
During his time at Portsmouth, Duffy went out on loan to Milwall, Burnley and Coventry and also returned to Swansea for a period.
