Exeter City defender Dean Moxey has been called up to the England C squad for the game against Wales Under-23s. The 22-year-old is part of a 16-man squad for the game at Exeter's St James Park on 20 February.
The England C side is made up of players from the Blue Square Premier League and below.
They beat Finland 2-0 in November and last season won the inaugural European Challenge Trophy by beating Holland, Italy and Belgium.
