Everton have finalised a deal to take Manchester City striker Jo back to Goodison Park on a season-long loan.
The 22-year-old Brazilian scored five goals in 12 games after joining Everton on loan in January having failed to make an impact at Eastlands.
Jo has been with Everton at their training camp in Scotland while the two clubs thrashed out the move.
City paid CSKA Moscow £18m for Jo in July 2008, but Everton could not afford a permanent deal for the Brazilian.
The 6ft 3in forward, whose full name is Joao Alves de Assis Silva, scored 44 goals in 77 games for CSKA Moscow.
The deal will have no bearing on City's prolonged interest in Everton's Joleon Lescott, with Moyes adamant the England defender will not be sold.
