Everton and Liverpool have again ruled out building a shared stadium.

The debate was reignited this week by Liverpool City Council leader Warren Bradley and Steve Broomhead from the North West Development Agency.

In a statement on the club website on Friday, Everton maintain they are only focused on a possible move to Kirkby with Supermarket giant Tesco.

Liverpool say they still plan to build a new ground on Stanley Park, near to their present Anfield home.
