Eastbourne Borough have signed Crawley Town midfielder Steve Masterton on a month-long loan.
The 26-year-old Scot, a summer signing, joined the Sports in time to make his debut during Saturday's 3-1 defeat at Mansfield Town.
Crawley boss Steve Evans told the club website: "I thought it was best to get the lad some first-team match time.
"No disrespect to the reserves at any club but experienced players want to play at first-team level."
