Goalkeeper Zaluska will be sidelined for six weeks |
Dundee United have suffered a blow as they prepare for the forthcoming season, with new goalkeeper Lukasz Zaluska due to miss the next six weeks. The 24-year-old Polish keeper has broken a bone in his foot.
Zaluska, signed from Korona Kielce for a nominal fee, arrived at Tannadice in May and was expected to be manager Craig Levein's number one choice.
Euan McLean, 21, may be given the gloves for the campaign opener at home to Aberdeen on 4 August.
McLean has played just one first team match for United and shipped five goals to Falkirk.
