Dundee have rejected a bid from Hamilton Accies for striker Mickael Antoine-Curier.
The 27-year-old Guadeloupe international spent last season on loan with the Accies, scoring eight goals.
Antoine-Curier has 10 months of his Dundee contract to run, having agreed a three-year deal in May 2008.
He was with Hibernian prior to his switch to Dens Park after a successful spell in Norway, with Vard Haugesund and FK Haugesund.
Hamilton have money to spend, having agreed the sale of midfielder James McArthur to Wigan Athletic.
