Dundee midfielder Kevin McDonald has been named young player of the month in the Scottish Football League. The 18-year-old's fine August has helped Dundee into second place in the Division One table and that has now been marked with an Irn Bru award.
The Dens Park outfit have also progressed through two rounds of the CIS Insurance Cup.
McDonald, who has scored two goals this season, has attracted failed transfer bids from Celtic and Everton.
