Dundee have agreed a one-year deal with 22-year-old defender Adrian Madaschi. The Australian has been with Partick Thistle for two years and becomes Jim Duffy's first signing since the Dens Park club were relegated from the SPL.
Madaschi, who can play at full-back or in central defence, was named in the 2004 Australian Olympic squad.
Madaschi will be joined at pre-season training by Ayr United striker Andy Ferguson, who signed a pre-contract agreement with Dundee in January.
