Winger Stevie Murray and defender Michael Dunlop have been snapped up by Division Two rivals after being released by Dumbarton.

Former Kilmarnock and Partick Thistle 27-year-old Murray has joined Stenhousemuir, becoming manager John Coughlin's second summer recruit.

Grant Anderson signed for Stenny from junior outfit Kirkintilloch Rob Roy.

Dunlop, 27, who also played for Kilmarnock, Ayr and Queen's Park, has joined Alloa Athletic.
