Friday's win was the first in three games for Sean O'Driscoll's men
Doncaster Rovers have confirmed they will be without captain Adam Lockwood for Saturday's trip to Leyton Orient.
The Rovers defender, who missed the last two matches through injury and was one of a host of regulars sidelined for last Friday night's win over Swindon.
"Lockwood has no chance of making it, but Ritchie Wellens should return after his rest," manager Sean O'Driscoll revealed to BBC Radio Sheffield.
"We just hope the sickness around the camp disappears quickly."
Rovers are now just three points off second-placed Carlisle United in League One after their 2-0 win over Swindon and the Cumbrians' defeat to Leeds United at Elland Road.
Both side have just three games left to fight for the second automatic promotion spot behind Swansea.
Rovers face Leyton Orient (a), already-relegated Luton Town (h) and Cheltenham (a) on their run-in, while John Ward's men take on Southend (h), Millwall (a) and Bournemouth (h).
