Derby County will play their reserve team home games at Belper Town's Christchurch Meadow home this season.
The Rams' second string have been playing at Alfreton Town but have decided to switch venue to take the reserve team out across Derbyshire.
Boss Nigel Clough said he was "delighted" with the move to Belper and grateful for Alfreton's support.
"We have enjoyed two successful years at Alfreton and hope we can continue to enjoy a strong relationship," he added.
"We'd like to thank chairman Wayne Bradley, and secretary Bryan Rudkin, for allowing us to use their excellent facilities and for being so understanding at the decision to switch venues for this season."
