Derby defender Miles Addison set to miss season run-in
Addison was voted Derby's Young Player of the Year in 2008/09
Derby County defender Miles Addison is likely to be ruled out for the rest of the season with a foot injury.
The 21-year-old has a stress fracture and the club are now seeking specialist advice to help cure the problem.
Addison, who has only started 12 games this term and has not played since mid-January, has been plagued by the injury this season and throughout his career.
Boss Nigel Clough told BBC Radio Derby: "Miles is still having scans and I think this season is a write-off."
Addison missed the final three months of last season with the same problem.
Clough added: "He has such a rare injury and the specialists are dealing with it, but we are looking as far afield as we have to to get people with experience."
