Defender Lewin Nyatanga has become Bristol City's sixth signing this summer after agreeing a four-year deal with the Championship club.
The 20-year-old Wales international joins from Derby County and can play at centre-back or left-back but still has to pass a full medical.
Nyatanga came through the Rams youth system but has been on loan at Sunderland and Barnsley.
He is expected to make his debut in City's mid-week friendly against Ajax.
