Jewell's side are now unbeaten in six league games
Derby manager Paul Jewell says he may look to the loan market to cover for Martin Albrechtsen and Dean Leacock's absences in their next home game.
Albrechtsen will be out for at least a month after having a hernia operation.
Leacock is suspended along with Roy Carroll for the Rams' next match against Plymouth on 18 October.
Jewell told BBC Radio Derby: "It's not ideal but it's what a season in the Championship is all about, dealing with injuries and suspensions."
Welsh defender Lewin Nyatanga and Jamaican Claude Davis are both on international duty this weekend.
"All of a sudden we're down to three centre-halves and two of them are on international duty, so it's fingers crossed and hope they all come back in one piece," Jewell added.
