On-loan Derby defender Danny Mills is likely to miss the rest of the season with a serious knee injury. The Manchester City full-back, who only joined the Rams in early January, was hurt in last weekend's Premier League defeat at Portsmouth.
Boss Paul Jewell said: "It's a real blow. He has been a good influence, but he needs an op which is probably going to keep him out for the season.
"We'll certainly try and get another defender in before the window closes."
