Derby have told striker Marcus Tudgay they will not renew his contract when it runs out at the end of the season. The 22-year-old, who can also play on the wing, has scored 16 goals in 77
appearances since being promoted from the youth team.
Tudgay said: "I would love to stay but it doesn't look like Derby are willing to give me the chance.
"I don't want to leave because I love the club and the fans, but I must also
think about my family and future."
