Darlington will name their new stadium after their chairman George Reynolds. The 25,000-seater ground will be called The Reynolds Arena in honour of their colourful chairman.
The stadium should be ready for the start of the season and Darlington's first competitive match will be against Kidderminster when the start their league campaign on 16 August.
The Quakers played their last league game at Feethams on 3 May.
