Still is realistic about keeping hold of his best players
Dagenham & Redbridge manager John Still says losing talented players is part of the game.
Winger Dominic Green left the club to join League One side Peterborough this week but Still says he is not going to lose any sleep over player departures.
He told BBC Essex: "I won't worry about that until it happens.
"From a management point of view you've got to make sure you've got things in order so you can make the changes, deal with it and not suffer to much."
Green has signed a four-year deal with Peterborough but Still said he has already got players at the club to cover for the departing 19-year-old winger.
"I haven't got to rush out to fill that position but, with the greatest of respects, I'm not going to replace Dominic Green with a player as good as Dominic Green, it's not possible.
"We might be able to replace him with someone who'll become as good as him, so that's what we'll be doing."
