Dagenham boss John Still has continued his recruitment drive with the signings of Craig Mackail-Smith and Shane Blackett from Ryman side Arlesey. Winger Mackail-Smith, 20, scored 21 goals last season, including two against the Daggers in the FA Trophy.
Wing-back Blackett, 22, had also spent one season with Arlesey after joining the club from Dunstable Town.
Meanwhile, Ashley Vickers has been called into the England National Game XI squad for their game against Iraq.
