Holland says his family help him keep football in perspective
Crewe Alexandra manager Steve Holland says his three sons help him to get over a defeat.
Holland is into his second full season in charge of the club having taken over from Dario Gradi.
He told BBC Radio Stoke: "I suppose I'm like every manager, when you lose it hurts. But my boys are always waiting to welcome me and help me get over it."
The former academy director managed to survive relegation on the final day in his first season in charge.
