 Schumacher has suffered a setback on his return from injury |
Crewe Alexandra midfielder Steven Schumacher faces another six weeks on the sidelines after injuring his hamstring last month. The 23-year-old former Everton trainee suffered the initial injury during the 2-0 home win over Luton. Schumacher returned to the side as a last minute substitute in Saturday's FA Cup win against MK Dons. He landed awkwardly on his ankle during training on Tuesday and is thought to have suffered ligament damage.
