"I've been stressing to Ryan that if he sticks to the things he is good at, he will be a good player," Gradi said.

"I've told him to just concentrate on controlling it and passing it, then getting into the box - and he is doing that more and more.

"As I've told players in the past, the best thing you can do is play to your strengths rather than your weaknesses."
