The 27-year-old midfielder arrived at Gresty Road at the beginning of April after being released from his deal at Chester City.

Manager Dario Gradi told the club website: "Ryan looks like he's going to score goals and that has been a problem for us in the past.

"I saw him play at Vale the other day and he looked good. Defensively he also looked fine and I am pleased with him."
