Okuonghae, 20, had been on non-contract terms with the Saints since joining the Conference club from Aldershot Town at the end of August.

The former Rushden and Diamonds centre-back made 20 appearances for St Albans and played in their 3-1 home defeat by Northwich on Saturday.

Crawley have also extended the loan stay of Grays Athletic defender Mark Wright, 19, for a further month.
