Crawley midfielder Simon Wormull has joined Conference South side Lewes. He was able to move on a free transfer because of the financial problems which caused the Red Devils to put their entire squad up for sale last week.
Wormull, 29, joined Crawley from Stevenage in November 2004, and had scored four times in 44 appearances.
He made his Lewes debut in Saturday's 0-0 draw with Thurrock, joining on-loan Crawley midfielder Robbie Kember who has extended his loan spell there.
