Cowdenbeath have signed Gareth Wardlaw after the 30-year-old striker was released by Raith Rovers.
Wardlaw made 25 appearances for the Kirkcaldy club last season, but only eight of those were starts as they won promotion to Division One.
Third Division Cowden say other clubs were keen to sign the striker, who was a prolific scorer with amateur neighbours Burntisland Shipyard.
Wardlaw spent nearly four years with Ayr United before joining Rovers.
