Coventry chairman Mike McGinnity has called on Jojar Dhinsa to show the fans the colour of his money. Dhinsa missed his deadline of the end of November to take over the club and has failed to put a bid on the table.
And Sky Blues chairman McGinnity said: "He refuses to answer any questions I put to him - the board would welcome a takeover if it benefited the club.
"I can understand why the fans want a `sugar daddy', and now is the time for him to show his worth."
