Colchester midfielder Mark Yeates will be sidelined for up to three weeks after suffering a dislocated shoulder on Saturday against Sheffield United. The 23-year-old had to go to hospital to have the shoulder put back in place.
U's physio Tony Flynn told the club website: "We'll need to do as much strengthening work on the area around the shoulder as soon as he is able to.
"With it being put back in place quite quickly, we should have him back in two or three weeks."
