Colchester boss Geraint Williams admitted his side urgently need to improve after their 2-1 defeat at QPR left them bottom of the Championship. Williams said: "If you pick up less than a point a game you will be in trouble, and we need to pick up some wins soon.
"We haven't slipped to the bottom of the table because of one result. It's come from our results this season.
"When we pass the ball and are positive, we don't look a bad side."
