Defender John White has signed an improved contract at Colchester. The club's chief executive Marie Partner is delighted with the 20-year-old's decision, telling the club's website: "We are really pleased.
"He is a young and energetic player and we are delighted he has agreed terms and I have every confidence he will come back stronger next season.
"With John White sign up I hope that this will be the first of many in the coming weeks."
