Grady was wanted by Clyde in the last transfer window |
Clyde have again targeted Gretna striker James Grady as assistant manager to Colin Hendry. Gretna head coach Davie Irons has already allowed several players to leave as he attempts to rescue his side from relegation from the SPL.
And Hendry told Clyde's website: "Several players remain targets for me, but the one I will name, who is still a possibility, is James Grady.
"He would not only be a player but also my assistant manager."
Hendry had attempted to sign Grady in the summer.
Meanwhile, Clyde are in negotiations with goalkeeper David Hutton and defenders Chris Higgins and Craig McKeown about extended contracts.
