Lloyd Kerry will be staying with Chesterfield until the end of the season after Sheffield United agreed to extend his initial loan spell.

The 19-year-old midfielder lives in the Chesterfield area and has made five appearances for the Spireites since joining last month.

He also scored two goals in the 4-1 thrashing of Lincoln United earlier this month.

Kerry said: "I am really pleased to be able to extend my spell at Saltergate."
