Chesterfield's loan signing Charlie Daniels has returned to Tottenham after sustaining knee ligament damage during the 2-0 defeat against Swansea. The midfielder made his debut earlier this month against Leyton Orient.
He was taken off after a challenge with Izzy Iriekpen and has gone back to Spurs for an assessment of the injury.
Gareth Davies, who replaced Daniels, also had to come off with a shin injury which could rule him out for the rest of the campaign.
