Chesterfield have signed Rotherham striker Paul Shaw on a two-year deal. Former Arsenal trainee Shaw, 32, rejected the offer of a new deal at Millmoor after moving there from Sheffield United in January.
"I am delighted that Paul has decided to join Chesterfield," boss Roy McFarland told the club website.
"He has qualities and bags of experience, which can only strengthen the team as we look to compete with the best of them again next season."
