Striker Michael Twiss is one of three players leaving Conference champions Chester City. Twiss has rejected a new deal to stay at the Deva Stadium and has been linked with a move to Morecambe.
The 26-year-old, who started his career with Manchester United, has spent two seasons at Chester but started just 31 Conference games.
City boss Mark Wright has not offered deals to midfielder Shaun Carey and defender Chris Lane.
