Cheltenham defender Lee Ridley has escaped a ban despite being sent off in Saturday's FA Cup tie at Torquay.
Ridley blocked a shot from Elliot Benyon from point blank range on the line and was shown a straight red card.
Cheltenham's appeal against Darren Sheldrake's decision to dismiss Ridley for deliberate handball was upheld.
The Robins have also allowed loanee Tom Denton to return to Huddersfield Town, Denton made only 4 appearances since signing in pre-season.
