Spencer back after failed medical
Damian Spencer
Striker Damian Spencer is back at Whaddon Road
Cheltenham Town striker Damian Spencer has returned to the club after failing a medical at Crewe Alexandra.

The two clubs had agreed a fee, reported to be 150,000, for the former Bristol City forward who travelled to Crewe on Wednesday to discuss terms.

The medical revealed the 26-year-old has yet to fully recover from a knee injury sustained on Boxing Day.

Crewe have now pulled out of the deal and have confirmed they do not wish to pursue their interest in the transfer.
