Cheltenham caretaker boss Keith Downing was pleased with his side's performance despite losing 2-1 at Northampton. Downing said: "We started both halves really well, got the goal at the start of the second half and for 15 minutes there was only one team in it.
"We had the impetus so it was really disappointing to end up losing.
"I'm disappointed for the players because they have been fantastic, they've got on with it and that is what we'll all continue to do."
