Cheltenham have confirmed that midfielder Scott Brown suffered a broken leg in the win at Bristol City. Former City player Brown, 21, sustained the injury in a tangle with team-mate Damian Spencer as the striker lined up a shot.
The freak accident came a day after Brown completed a move from the Ashton Gate club.
Boss John Ward told Cheltenham's website: "This is a traumatic time for him, it's an unpleasant break."
