Cheltenham have signed ex-Birmingham and Northampton defender Jerry Gill. The 33-year-old, who can also play in midfield, has joined the Robins on non-contract terms until the end of the season after a successful trial spell.
"Jerry is an experienced professional who can do two or three different jobs for the team, which is important," said Cheltenham boss John Ward.
"He will provide us with a bit of experience and cover for different areas of the team."
Ward added: "We have signed him on an initial non-contract basis until the end of the season and we'll see what develops from that."
