Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard reveals new signings Fernando Torres and David Luiz have "boosted" the squad and insists Torres will make a "big difference" to the Blues.

Lampard also reveals he thinks it would be a "disaster" if Chelsea fail to finish in the top four this season and says his uncle Harry Redknapp would make an "outstanding" England manager.

Lampard was speaking at the launch of the England Footballers' Foundation.
